No order and terrible customer service

We ordered this top 3 weeks ago and never received a shipping confirmation. We have tried contacting customer support several times. Their phone line is down, and when the they finally responded to the DMs my daughter was told the order had been messed up and it would be another 14 business before we could get it. Rush shipping was not even offered.

Unfortunately, the event is at the end of the month. My daughter had been so excited to finally plan a group outfit with her friends. Now, she is going to be left out. It seems silly, but things like this are so important at this age.

The top fits beautifully. It took nearly 2 months to arrive! Very disappointed in the time it took to deliver. Staff assured me via email it would arrive. Ordered in mid-November and finally delivered second week of January.
